The 5-day/4-night itinerary prioritizes nature and wildlife. Depending on National Park permits, you'll visit select iconic sites (e.g., Bartolomé, North Seymour, Rábida, Santa Cruz, or Española). Each day combines two excursions: interpretive hikes on lava fields and beaches, wildlife viewing (blue-footed boobies, marine iguanas, sea lions, and giant tortoises in season), and snorkeling with turtles, reef sharks, and rays. Depending on the boat, kayaking or paddleboarding may be available. Sailing trips are typically at sunset or at night, with free time to relax on board and photograph the scenery and stars. Daily briefings with the guide ensure safety and enhance the experience. Itineraries may be adjusted based on weather or tides to promote responsible tourism.

The Galápagos Islands are a year-round travel destination. Warm season (December–May): sunny weather with light rain, calmer seas, and warm waters—ideal for beaches, snorkeling without a wetsuit, and vibrant photography. Dry season (June–November): Humboldt Current, cooler, nutrient-rich waters; increased marine activity (penguins, sharks, birds in courtship), but waves and wind can increase; wetsuits are recommended. Book in advance during peak season (Easter, June–August, December–January). Underwater visibility and weather can vary between islands on the same day; the tour operator adjusts the tour to ensure safety, conservation, and the best ecotourism experience in this national park.

Pack lightweight, quick-drying clothing, long-sleeved UV shirts, lightweight shorts and pants, a windproof waterproof jacket, a wide-brimmed hat, polarized sunglasses, reef-safe sunscreen, biodegradable insect repellent, a swimsuit, water sandals, non-slip walking shoes, a daypack, a reusable water bottle, a microfiber towel, an underwater camera/GoPro, and a power bank. Useful items: seasickness medication, a personal first-aid kit, and earplugs. Documents: passport, travel insurance, and cash for fees and tips. Physical level: moderate; there are wet landings, panga ladders, and rocky trails. Suitable for families (children 6 years and older, according to the boat's policy), and those with reduced mobility should inquire about alternatives.

To secure a cabin on this Galapagos cruise, it is recommended to book 6–9 months in advance. A 30–50% deposit is generally required, with the balance due 60–90 days prior to departure; credit cards and bank transfers are accepted. The agency can arrange domestic flights to Baltra or San Cristóbal and coordinate schedules to include airport-yacht-airport transfers. Cancellation policies vary by season and operator: penalties increase closer to departure; rescheduling is sometimes possible. Changes due to weather, tides, or park regulations may adjust the itinerary without altering the essence of the tour. Purchase travel insurance with coverage for cancellations, delays, and international medical assistance.
